Jimmy is a sustainability consultant specialising in consumer and urban issues, with a particular focus on Brazil. Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish and with an MSc. in Globalisation and Latin American Development, Jimmy has worked with leading global companies over the last 4 years:
- helping them manage their social, economic and environmental impacts
- producing research and reports on sustainability themed issues
- creating effective engagement campaigns.

Pearse is a media and political analyst working out of England, Nairobi, and Uganda. He has over seven years of experience in broadcast journalism leading to a high profile position at the BBC. Pearse’s expertise lies in analysis of global media and politics with a particular focus on Africa.

Based in Shanghai, Justin advises companies on consumer issues across Asia with a particular focus on the payments industry and emerging technology. Following an MSc. at the London School of Economics, Justin joined a boutique research consultancy
where he led a specialist team providing support to investment banking, private equity, and management consultancy clients. Justin is fluent in English and Japanese, and currently working intensely on adding Mandarin.
